Consultants will be carrying out a series of assessments and testing to the ground conditions of the Wickway Community Centre week commencing Monday 01 August 2022. As a result this will lead to the temporary closure of some car parking spaces in Ebley Close to ensure resident and visitor safety throughout the duration of the works. The works are expected to last approximately 10 days however please note this may be extended due to on site ground conditions.

• Works include: marking out borehole and foundations exposure locations; site set up for drilling boreholes; exposing the foundations. The location for the tests are included in the plan below.

• Plans have been included in the latest Newsletter to show the location of works due to be carried out and the parking spaces to be affected/ suspended.

Notices will be placed in the location requesting that residents do not park in the identified spaces in Ebley Close from Wednesday 3 August to Friday 12 August 2022.

This is a final update on the redevelopment of the Wickway site and Gloucester Grove Estate New Homes project before it is submitted to planning .

In particular we would welcome feedback on the proposals for the revised Ebley Close and parking arrangement.

The final public consultation period will end on 14 December 2020.

During this consultation period a final online event will take place via Zoom on Wednesday 9th December 2020 at 7pm with a presentation by the Design Team and opportunity to ask questions.
